Muslim refugees from Gujarat Massacre still out there

Muslim Refugees in Gujarat  are still unable to go back and don't have basic sanitation?
If so why is NO OPPOSITION PARTY RAISING THIS?

All I am asking for Modi is to restore the lives of the people living in refugee camps, will he do that? I hope he does.
